Dr. Carrie Cadwell with Steve Jarosinski at Curtis Building |
“In February 1982, 4C Health, then Four County, opened its first satellite office in Winamac,” said Dr Carrie Cadwell, CEO of 4C Health, “We have leased or rented space since that time in various locations in Winamac. Following the pandemic, we partnered with Pulaski Memorial Hospital to lease space within the larger hospital campus. Our goal has always been to find a permanent home for our Pulaski County services that allows us to grow and has space to grow with us. We are thrilled to have purchased the Curtis Building from Pulaski Memorial Hospital. The Curtis building has a long and rich history of healthcare service to community. We will carry that forward and continue to invest in Pulaski County.”
“We’re proud to partner with 4C Health in supporting expanded access to behavioral health services for our community,” said Steve Jarosinski, CEO of Pulaski Memorial Hospital. “This collaboration ensures that vital mental health resources remain local, accessible, and strong for the long term.”
4C Health and Pulaski Memorial Hospital completed the real estate transaction June 4. 4C Health will now be focused on facility updates and improvements to ready the building for service operations. Current 4C Health services remain uninterrupted at their present location of 613 Terrace Drive. Persons in need of starting services or who are in crisis, should just “walk in.” 4C Health offers same day access for new patients.
The Winamac office is open 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
4C is headquartered in Peru with locations in Kokomo, Logansport, Rochester, Winamac, Monticello and Tipton.
