LightStream started providing telecommunication services in 1954 and has expanded into the Monticello and Winamac areas. LightStream is a member of the NTCA, now branded as the Rural Broadband Association.
“It’s not about having the internet, it’s what you do with it,” Gilford said.
LightStream’s very first fiber miles reached two hospitals at opposite ends of its service areas in Monticello and Winamac that started its big project.
