WINAMAC - Thomas Lee “Toby” Williams, 46, of Winamac, passed away Wednesday, July 26, at home.

He was born Sept. 30, 1976 in Arcadia, FL to John H. and Shirley A. [Thompson] Williams. He graduated from Winamac Community High School.
