WINAMAC - Graveside services have been set for Patty Ann Davis, 79, of Monterey, (formerly of Indianapolis and Summerfield, FL), who passed away Thursday, Aug. 18, at home surrounded by family.

She was born March 21, 1943 in Indianapolis, to the late Raymond E. and Agnes L. [Foster] Dawson. She married Walter Guss Davis on Dec. 31, 1961. He passed away Aug. 2, 2015.

Mrs. Davis enjoyed crocheting and playing board games. She was an avid Elvis Presley fan. Most of all, she was a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who will be dearly missed.

A graveside service will be at 5 p.m., Tuesday, Sept. 20, at Riverside Memorial Cemetery in Monterey, with Chaplain Tim Lee officiating. The Monterey American Legion will conduct military graveside services for Walter Guss Davis following Mrs. Davis’s services at the cemetery. The couple will both be laid to rest following services.
