Edward Milo Sr.

May 23, 1931 to August 11, 2011

WINAMAC - Edward George Milo Sr., 80, of Winamac, passed away at 10:28 a.m., Thursday, Aug. 11, at IU Health LaPorte Hospital, LaPorte.

He was born May 23, 1931, in Winamac, to the late Michael and Pauline Gergely Milo Sr. He married Roxanna Lou Clements on Jan. 22, 1955, in Metea. She passed away on March 20, 1982.

Mr. Milo was a heavy equipment operator and was a member of Operating Engineer's Local 150. He was a member of Winamac Masonic Lodge #262, South Bend Scottish Rite, and ORAK Shrine. Heenjoyed collecting and restoring John Deere tractors.

Friends may call from 3 to 8 p.m., Monday, at Frain Mortuary, Winamac. A Masonic service will begin at 7 p.m., Monday at the funeral home. The funeral service will be at 11 a.m., Tuesday (Aug. 16), at the funeral home with Rev. Matt Landry officiating. Burial will be in Winamac Cemetery, Winamac.

Memorial donations may be given to the Shrine Crippled Children's Hospital.
