Margaret A. Leman
February 18, 1926 to January 28, 2021
FRANCESVILLE - Margaret Ann Leman, 94, of Francesville, passed away at 6:50 a.m., Thursday, Jan. 28, at Creasy Springs Health Campus in Lafayette.
She was born Feb. 18, 1926 in Francesville to the late Adam and Lydia Albrecht Gutwein. She graduated from Francesville High School in 1944. On March 22, 1953, she married Melvin J. Leman in Francesville. He passed away March 21, 2019.

Mrs. Leman was a lifelong homemaker and enjoyed caring for her family. She was a member of the Francesville First Baptist Church, where she taught Sunday school and was actively involved in the music ministry. She enjoyed gardening, baking, and cooking. Her home was always a welcoming place to gather. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She will be dearly missed.
Visitation will be from 2 to 5 p.m., Sunday, Jan. 31, at Frain Mortuary Querry-Ulbricht Chapel in Francesville. The funeral service will be at 10 a.m., Monday, Feb. 1, at the funeral home with Pastor Dennis Gutwein officiating. Burial will be at Roseland Cemetery in Francesville.
