WINAMAC - John Robert Ulery, 70, of Lake Jackson, TX passed away Thursday, Nov. 26.
He was born Oct. 18, 1950 in North Manchester, to Robert Leon and Doris L. Grossnickle Ulery. He graduated from Logansport High School and Tri-State College. He worked as a civil engineer, building power plants all over the world.
