Mrs. White was a hard worker her whole life. In her younger years, she worked as a laborer picking cotton in the cotton fields and taking care of her ill mother at home. She also had worked at Harris Garment Factory and Winamac Coil Spring as well as cleaning houses. She raised seven children, often enduring hardships. She loved all of her family very much. Most of all, she loved the Lord with all of her heart, and is at peace and rest now.
A graveside service will be at 11 a.m., Friday, Sept. 27, at Winamac Cemetery, with Pastor Mark Pilger officiating. Burial will be at the cemetery in Winamac.
Memorial donations may be made to the funeral home to assist the family with final expenses.
