Cletha Scott

October 29, 1923 to August 9, 2019

WINAMAC - Cletha Fay Scott, 95, of Winamac, passed away Friday, Aug. 9, at the Pulaski Health Care Center, Winamac.

She was born Oct. 29, 1923 in Pulaski, to the late John and Ova Shadle Koepkey. She was a 1942 graduate of Pulaski High School. On July 17, 1948, she married Wilbur L. Scott in Winamac. He died April 2, 1986.

Carol Scott, Valparaiso, Daughter-in-law 
5 Grandchildren: Shawn Scott, John Dean Scott, Tasha Scott Campbell, Dylan Scott and Whitney Scott Sutherlin.

Mrs. Scott was a member of the First Christian Church, Winamac. She was a member of the Northern Indiana Power from the Past, Inc. She was an active member of the Democrat Ladies of Pulaski County. She had worked as a charge attendant at the Logansport State Hospital for 28 years. She was one of the "Rosie Riveter" ladies who worked at the Ball Company in Mishawaka supporting the World War II effort. She enjoyed camping and traveling with her husband and her family. She enjoyed gardening and raising flowers. She liked IU and Purdue basketball and riding with her friends through the Tippecanoe River State Park. She was a loving caregiver to her family and friends. She was a great cook who loved to prepare holiday meals for her family. She enjoyed spending time with her family.

Visitation will be from 3 to 8 p.m., Tuesday, Aug. 13, at Frain Mortuary in Winamac. The funeral service will be at 11 a.m., Wednesday, Aug. 14, at the funeral home with Rev. Jeff Seger officiating. Burial will be at McKinley Memorial Gardens Cemetery, Winamac.

Memorial donations may be made to the resident's fund at the Pulaski Health Care Center.
