WINAMAC - Mary E. Monson, 68, of Winamac, passed away Wednesday, May 8, at home, surrounded by her family.

She was born Jan. 17, 1951 in Danville, IL. She graduated from Danville High School.

She is survived by:

Whitney LaBuda, Brookston, Granddaughter
Amillie (John) Zickmund, Dover, NH, Granddaughter
Abby LaBuda, Winamac, Granddaughter
4 Great-Grandchildren: Ryland, Kaden, Serenity and Dean

Kathie Howey, Danville, IL, Sister
Several Nieces and Nephews

Mrs. Monson worked most of her life as a CNA. She retired from the Indiana Veterans Home in West Lafayette. She enjoyed flower gardening, online shopping and traveling. She especially enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and beloved pets. She was a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother and she will be dearly missed.

No services will be held.
