Karrie Barker Attinger

November 19, 1962 to March 6, 2019

WINAMAC - Karrie Barker Attinger, 56, of Winamac, passed away after a brief illness at 6:23 p.m., Wednesday, March 6, at IU Health Methodist Hospital, Indianapolis.

She was born Nov. 19, 1962 in Rochester, to Virgil D. Jr. and Bonnie M. Beghtel Barker.
She attended Winamac High School and spent all of her life in Winamac.

She is survived by:

Maddie Foster, Granddaughter 
Baylee Knebel, Granddaughter 
Mylie Foster, Granddaughter 
Karlee Knebel, Granddaughter 
Ellee Knebel, Granddaughter 
Bonnie Barker, Winamac, Mother 
Kim (Tom) Winters, Winamac, Sister 
Dominic (Cari) Barker, Winamac, Brother 
Several Nieces, Nephews, Aunts, Uncles and Cousins

Mrs. Attinger was a longtime cook at Cruizer's in Winamac. She enjoyed doing crosswords. Most of all, she loved her family very much. She was a devoted mother and grandmother. She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Visitation will be from 3 to 7 p.m., Saturday, March 9, at Frain Mortuary, Winamac. The funeral services will be at 2 p.m., Sunday, March 10, at the funeral home with Pastor Ryan Eaton officiating. Burial will be at McKinley Memorial Gardens Cemetery, Winamac.
