WINAMAC - Dorothy J. Tuley, 88, Winamac, died at 11:50 p.m., Monday, March 28, at Windsor Estates Rehab Center, Kokomo.

She was born Dec. 19, 1922, in Francesville, to the late Romie and Sylvia Poisel Chamness. She married John Tuley on Sept. 16, 1944 in Pulaski County. He died Aug. 24, 1995.

Mrs. Tuley was a member of the Calvary Baptist Church in Winamac. She attended nursing school at Longcliff State Hospital in Logansport, and worked there for 33 years. She had also worked at the Kingsbury Ordinance Plant in LaPorte. Mrs. Tuley and her husband had been managers at the Tippecanoe River State Park in Winamac,

Friends may call from 3 to 8 p.m., Thursday, at Frain Mortuary, Winamac. The funeral service will be at 11 a.m., Friday (April 1), at the funeral home with Pastor David Norris officiating. Burial will be in Winamac Cemetery, Winamac.
