WINAMAC - George Joseph Wyma, Sr., 81, of Logansport, passed away at 10 p.m., Wednesday, Jan. 16, at Hickory Creek in Peru.

He was born Feb. 13, 1937 in Chicago, to the late George and Anna Green Wyma. On July 7, 1965, he married Holly J. Eagle. She survives.

13 Grandchildren: Samantha, DJ, Jennifer, John, Kenny Jr., Glen, Ashley, Felicia, Lance, James, Katie, Payton and Aaron.
7 Great Grandchildren: Noah, Camden, Serenity, Gage, Jasmin, Addison and Grayson

Mr. Wyma was dedicated to his family whom he loved very much. In his younger years, he enjoyed playing softball with his family. He also enjoyed being able to volunteer with Special Olympics. In recent years, he could be found cruising Logansport in his Hoveround. He will be sadly missed by those who knew and loved him.

Visitation will be from 10 to 11 a.m., Friday, Feb. 1, at Frain Mortuary, Winamac. The funeral service will follow at 11 a.m. (Friday), at the funeral home. Private burial will be at Winamac Cemetery, Winamac.
