WINMAC - Raleigh M. Batty, 85, of Sun City, AZ passed away Tuesday, Sept. 4.

He was born July 7, 1933 in Pulaski County to the late Russell and Edna Fern Strong Batty. He married Laura F. Elston on Oct. 18, 1959, in Star City. She survives.

Gail (Jenett) Batty, Son
Thomas (Tabitha) Warren Batty, Son
John (April) Batty, Son
Grandchildren - Michael (Darcy) Batty, Matthew Batty, Steven Batty, Jacob Batty, Micah Batty, Janae Hopper, Christian Hopper, Jonah Batty, Elijah Batty, and Kendra Batty.

Preceded in death by: 
William E. Batty, Brother

Mr. Batty loved the Lord and enjoyed being a preacher. He and his wife had resided in Prescott Valley, AZ, Sullivan, IL, Valparaiso, Pontiac, MI and Winamac. He enjoyed flying his airplane, riding motorcycles, racing cars, working on autos and preaching the Word. He will be sadly missed by those who knew and loved him.

A private burial service will be held at Star City West Cemetery, Star City.
