MEDARYVILLE - William O'Neil Toosley, 43, of Monticello, passed away, Monday,  Aug. 13.

He was born Aug. 1, 1975 in Rensselaer, to William Matthew and Ruby May Davis Toosley. He served in the U.S. Army during Operation Iraqi Freedom.

He is survived by:

Brian Matthew (Jennifer Crowder) Toosley, Brother

Mr. Toosley enjoyed the outdoors, especially riding his Harley. He also enjoyed working on vehicles and helping others. He was a generous man. He loved his family and friends. He will be sadly missed by those who knew and loved him.

Visitation will be from 12 Noon to 2 p.m., Saturday, Sept. 29, at Frain Mortuary Querry-Ulbricht Chapel, Medarvyille. A memorial service will follow at 2 p.m. (Sept. 29), at the funeral home with Bishop Rick Helton officiating. Burial will br at St. Henry's Cemetery, Medarvyille. The American Legion will conduct military graveside services.
