Mrs. Novotny was a woman of strong faith, who demonstrated the love of Jesus to everyone she encountered. Jesus loved the little children; her desire to follow Him and serve Him led her to love everyone, especially the little children. She always looked for the best in everyone she met. She was a member of the Francesville Apostolic Christian Church. She blessed everyone around her with her baking and Christmas cookies, hospitality and joyful spirit. Her family remembers her delicious kuchen, butter ring, caramel rolls and kipfels. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and sister whose greatest joy was to be with her family. She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m., Friday, Aug. 31, at Frain Mortuary Querry-Ulbricht Chapel, Francesville. The funeral service will be at 10 a.m., Saturday, Sept. 1, at the Apostolic Christian Church, Francesville, with ministers of the church officiating. Burial will be at Roseland Cemetery, Francesville.

Memorial donations may be made to Apostolic Christian Church Foundation, Inc. for the benefit of Little Hands Orphanage in Tecate, Mexico (PO Box 72 Wooster, OH 44691-0072).
