Alice L. White
October 31, 1955 to July 26, 2018
WINAMAC - Alice Lynn White, 62, of Indianapolis, formerly of Winamac, passed away at 8:30 p.m., Thursday, July 26, at IU Health Methodist Hospital, Indianapolis.
She was born Oct. 31, 1955 in Hammond, to the late John E. "Jack" and Florence "Flo" Brown Hogan. She married Darrell Lee White on Nov. 8, 1975 in Winamac. He survives.
She is survived by:

Sarah (Mike) Cleary, Indianapolis, Daughter
Wendy (Dan) Kelly, Lafayette, Sister
Kathy (Rudy) Dees, Visalia, CA, Sister
Mike Hogan, Kewanna, Brother
Numerous nieces and nephews

Mrs. White was a homemaker, caretaker and avid volunteer. She was a former member of the Fellowship Baptist Church. She had been a volunteer for Pulaski Human Services, Salvation Army and Association of Churches in Winamac. She enjoyed playing board games, watching old TV shows and caring for her cat Patches. Family gatherings were very important to her. She was a positive influence on all who knew her.
Visitation will be from 12 noon to 2 p.m., Tuesday July 31, 2018 at Frain Mortuary, Winamac. The funeral service will follow at 2 p.m., (Tuesday), at the funeral home with Pastor Mark Pilger officiating. Burial will be at Winamac Cemetery, Winamac.
Memorial donations may be made to Pulaski Human Services in Winamac.
