FRANCESVILLE - Edra L. Hauptli, 101, of Francesville, passed away at 8:05 p.m., Thursday, April 27, at Parkview Haven, Francesville. 

She was born March 8, 1916 in Winamac, to the late James and Rose Babcock Sparks. On Aug. 24, 1940, she married Willis W. Hauptli in Winamac. He passed away April 12, 1996.

Survivors include: 
Carolyn Sue (Jim) Leslie, Scottsdale, AZ Daughter 
Several Nieces & Nephews 

Preceded in death by: 
Jack S. Sparks, Brother 
Henry W. "Hank" Sparks, Brother 

Mrs. Hauptli was a long time member of the Francesville First Christian Church where she was very involved in many activities.  She worked with her husband at Hauptli's Garage in Francesville for many years. She was a loving wife, mother, and friend. She will be dearly missed by all.

The funeral service will be at 11 a.m., Monday, May 1, at First Christian Church, Francesville, with Pastor James Ketchen officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at Francesville First Christian Church or at Parkview Haven. Burial will be at Roseland Cemetery, Francesville. 

Arrangements have been entrusted to Frain Mortuary Querry-Ulbricht Chapel, Francesville.
