Donald Stamper
September 9, 1934 to February 2, 2011
WINAMAC - Donald D. Stamper, 76, of 7910 N. U.S. 35, Winamac, passed away at 2:48p.m., Wednesday, Feb. 2, in Golden Living Sycamore Village, Kokomo.
He was born Sept. 9, 1934, in Crandon, WI, to the late John S. and Esther C. Wayberg Stamper. He married Lois A. Delong on Oct. 14, 1961, in Dyer. She survives.

Mr. Stamper was a former truck driver and had also been a heavy equipment operator. He had served in the U.S. Army in the 1950's. He was a former resident of Griffith for many years and had moved to Winamac 31 years ago.
Friends may call after 10 a.m., Monday, at Frain Mortuary, Winamac. The funeral service will follow at 11 a.m., (Monday, Feb.7), at the funeral home with Pastor Denny Wilson officiating. Burial will be in Winamac Cemetery, Winamac. Military graveside services will be conducted by the American Legion and the VFW.
