WINAMAC - Russell H. “Russ” Batchelor, Sr., died peacefully in his sleep on Monday, Aug. 1. 

He was born born on Jan. 13, 1944 in Brazil, IN. He married Shirley A. Turner on Valentine's Day in 1986. She survives.

Mr. Batchelor was a truck driver for over 30 years. He and his wife were married for 30 years and decided to retire in Winamac in 2009.

No services will be held.

Cremation arrangements have been entrusted to Frain Mortuary, Winamac.
