Mr. Niewiadomski attended Lake Central High School. He was a member of St. Peter’s Catholic Church, Winamac. He worked for Bob Evans Restaurant in Valparaiso for over 20 years. He had many hobbies. He was very active and adventurous, a true outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting and fishing. He was creative, always thinking out of the box. He could tackle any problem with his resourcefulness and ingenuity. No challenge was too great. He was a man of many talents—from cooking to home renovation. He was a superhero to his wife and daughters. Evenings with his girls—including his loved puppy, Lucia—were filled with backyard camping, movie nights, bonfires, midnight swims, and lots and lots of laughter. He made life fun. He was always quick with a smile and a joke. Even in a trying time, he could turn it around with a flash of a grin and his twinkling blue eyes. With spirit, courage, and bravery, he served as a role model, even in his final days fighting cancer. His family was blessed to have him, and he will be dearly missed.

Visitation will be from 12 noon to 5:30 p.m., Monday, April 11, at Frain Mortuary, Winamac. A funeral mass will follow at 6 p.m., (Monday, April 11), at St. Peter’s Catholic Church, Winamac with Rev. Leroy Kinnaman officiating.

Memorial donations may be given to the funeral home to help the family with funeral expenses.
