FRANCESVILLE - Anna Faye Gentry, 77, of Francesville, passed away at 6:30 a.m., Saturday, April 2, at IU Health Arnett Hospital, Lafayette.

She was born Jan. 24, 1939 at home in Luzerne, KY to the late William Howard and Cora Lee Smith Walker.  On April 4, 1958, she married James Wyatt Gentry. He preceded her in death on March 29, 2004.

Preceded in death by:
Ruby Gentry, Daughter

Mrs. Gentry loved the Lord with all her heart. She enjoyed crafting, knitting, fishing and BINGO.  She was a proud housewife and mother. She loved her family very much. She will be sadly missed. On April 4, Faye and Jimmy will celebrate their 58th wedding anniversary in heaven.

Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m., Tuesday, April 5, at Frain Mortuary Querry-Ulbricht Chapel (230 S. Brooks St.) Francesville. The funeral service and burial at Calumet Park Cemetery are pending.

Memorial donations may be given to to her favorite charity, Muscular Dystrophy Association.
