WINAMAC - Alexandra Lillian Marie "Ali" Gibson, 19, of 3470 S. US 35, Star City, died at 4:11 p.m., Monday, Dec. 27, at Memorial Hospital, Logansport.

She was born June 25, 1991, in Rensselaer, to Darvin and Lori L. Planck Gibson .

Miss Gibson was a lifelong resident of Pulaski County. She graduated from Winamac Community High School on May 27, 2010. While in high school Ali was a cheerleader, a member of SADD, Sunshine Sociey, and Key Club. She was a student at Ivy Tech, Lafayette.

She was an employee of Victoria Secrets in the Tippecanoe Mall, Lafayette, and was a former employee of Pulaski Health Care Center, Winamac, and was a former lifeguard at Indiana Beach where she saved a young boy on her first day of work this year.

Friends may call from 3 to 9 p.m., Saturday, at Frain Mortuary, Winamac. The funeral service will be at 1p.m., Sunday (Jan. 2), at the funeral home with Rev. Matt Landry officiating. Burial will be in McKinley Memorial Gardens Cemetery, Winamac.

Memorial donations may be given to a scholarship fund being established in Ali's memory.
