WINAMAC - Elizabeth Ann "Betty" Parcel, 84, of Winamac, passed away at 3:25 a.m., Monday, Nov. 30, at Miller's Merry Manor in Culver. 

She was born Sept. 3, 1931, in Winamac, to the late Cyril and Mildred Costello Widup. She married Kermit "Buck" Parcel on April 26, 1951 in Star City. He survives.

Mrs. Parcel was a member of the Winamac First Presbyterian Church. She worked as a secretary for the former Rice Corporation in Winamac. She then worked for Pulaski County Abstract at Winamac. She also worked as church secretary at the Winamac First Presbyterian Church for 31 years. She enjoyed walking and egg decorating. She loved her flower garden especially her roses. She and Denise frequently traveled to the Smokey Mountains and went on shopping trips.

Visitation will be from 4 to 6 p.m., Wednesday, at Frain Mortuary, Winamac. The funeral service will be at 10:30 a.m., Thursday, Dec. 3, at the funeral home with Rev. Nelda Seger officiating. Burial will be at McKinley Memorial Gardens Cemetery, Winamac.

Memorial donations may be given to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
