FRANCESVILLE - William J. "Bill" Hasek, 68, of Francesville (formerly of Chicago), passed away at 5:04 p.m., Wednesday, July 8,  at home surrounded by his family.

He was born May 4, 1947 in Chicago to the late William A. and Margaret L. Beilfuss Hasek. On Dec. 23, 1966, he married Lorelie Burns in Chicago. She survives.

Preceded in death by:
Michael Hasek, Son

Mr. Hasek was a very talented electrician and enjoyed working with his hands. He completed his training at Coyne Electrical School in Chicago and worked 35 years at A. Finkl & So. He was a member of IBEW Local #134. He was drafted into the US Army during the Vietnam era. Hel enjoyed camping and fishing in Canada with his family. He was a loving husband and father. He will be dearly missed.

Mr. Hasek’s wishes were to be cremated. No services will take place.

Memorial donations may be given to Starke Co. Humane Society.

Cremation arrangements have been entrusted to Frain Mortuary Querry-Ulbricht Chapel, Francesville.
