February 4, 1948 to April 13, 2015

WINAMAC - Charles Albert Jensen, 67, of Winamac, passed away at 12:33 p.m., Monday, April 13, at Parkview Regional Medical Center, Fort Wayne. 

He was born Feb. 4, 1948, in Logansport, to the late Albert and Emily Hook Jensen. He marriedPatricia L. Mudryk on Dec. 8, 1979, in Pulaski. She survives.

Arianna Marie Jensen, Winamac, Granddaughter 
Mia Celestial Thoune, Winamac, Granddaughter 
Lori (Sam) Brazil, Okeechobee, FL, Sister

Preceded in death by: 
Lewis Jensen, Brother 

Mr. Jensen was a member of the Kingdom Hall Jehovah Witness, Winamac. He was a former member of the Isaac Walton League and had served on the Franklin Township Advisory Board. He was retired from Plymouth Tube, Winamac, where he had been employed for 28 years. He enjoyed gardening, fishing, woodworking, hunting and just being outdoors.

Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m., Thursday, at Frain Mortuary, Winamac. The funeral service will be at 1 p.m., Friday, April 17, at the funeral home with Ralph Williams officiating. Burial will be at Mt. Zion-Franklin Township Cemetery, Winamac. 

Memorial donations may be given to to the family to help with funeral expenses.
