WINAMAC - Evelyn C. Leslin, 91, of 515 E. 13th St., Winamac,  died at 6:56 a.m., Monday, March 29, at Pulaski Memorial Hospital, Winamac.

She was born Nov. 12, 1918, in Chicago Heights, IL, to Charles and Clara Reichert Krohn. She  married Chester "Pete" Leslin on Dec. 2, 1939, in Winamac. He died on Jan. 3, 1985.

William (Libby) Krohn, Winamac, Brother
Clara Mae "Babe" (Bill) Locke, Winamac, Sister
Several Nieces and Nephews

Dorothy Eiler, Sister
Bud Krohn Sr., Brother
Florence Klampe, Sister

Mrs. Leslin was a member of a Bunco Club and loved to play bingo. She loved riding and caring for horses.

Friends may call after 11 a.m., Thursday, at Frain Mortuary, Winamac. The funeral service will follow at  1 p.m. (Thursday, April 1), at the funeral home with Rev. Edward Clark officiating. Burial will be in McKinley Memorial Gardens Cemetery, Winamac.

Memorial donations may be given to the charity of the donor's choice.
