Clarence R. Warner Sr.
April 3, 1935 to March 6, 2015
WINAMAC - Clarence Russell "Russ" Warner Sr., 79, of Star City, passed away at 11:54 p.m., Friday, March 6, at his granddaughter's home in Monticello.
He was born April 3, 1935 to the late Lawrence and Opal Burns Warner. He married Judy K. DeWitt on May 28, 1960 in Star City. She passed away Aug. 10, 2006.

Lois Warner, Sister Mr. Warner served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. He was a lifelong resident of Star City and enjoyed spending his winters in Bradenton, FL. He was often seen driving his golf cart around Star City with his poodle Sugar. He was a truck driver and a proud member of the Teamster's Union. He was the former owner of Warner Auto Sales in Star City and enjoyed buying and selling cars. He had a great sense of humor. He was always willing to do anything for his family and friends. He will be dearly missed.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., Saturday, March 14, at Frain Mortuary. The funeral service will follow at 3 p.m., (Saturday, March 14), at the funeral home with Pastor Heath Hiatt officiating. Burial will be at Star City West Cemetery, Star City. The American Legion and VFW will conduct military graveside services.
Memorial donations may be given to Team Cindy Strong c/o White County Relay for Life.
