Clarence E.Williams

October 11, 1946 to November 9, 2014

MEDARYVILLE - Clarence E. Williams, 68, of Medaryville, passed away at 2:30 p.m., Sunday, Nov. 9, at his residence.

He was born Oct. 11, 1946, in Hammond, to the late Chester and Dorothy Nogaj Williams. He married Mary Michele LaBuda on Nov. 14, 1970 in Hammond. She survives.

14 grandchildren 
David Williams, Schererville, Brother 
Madora Sheffer, Crown Point, Sister 

Mr. Williams had worked as a librarian at the Medaryville branch of the Pulaski County Pulic Library. He had also worked as a branch manager of a bank in Valparaiso. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus in Monterey. He was a former Boy Scout master in northern Indiana. He enjoyed being a literacy volunteer in Pulaski County. He enjoyed spending time outdoors. He was an avid movie buff. He was active in politics.

Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m., Wednesday, at Frain Mortuary Querry-Ulbricht Chapel Medaryville. A scriptural wake service will be at 4 p.m. A funeral mass will be at 10 a.m., Thursday, Nov. 13, at St. Henry's Catholic Church, Medaryville, with Rev. Leroy Kinnaman officiating. Burial will be ay St. Henry's Cemetery, Medaryville.

Memorial donations may be given to Birthright of Rensselaer or to a local food pantry.
