Gregory C. Goble

August 11, 1960 to November 11, 2010

 

WINAMAC - Gregory Charles Goble, 50, of 486 E. Tingler Road, Richmond (formerly of Winamac), passed away at 9:25 p.m., Thursday, Nov. 11, at Reid Hospital & Healthcare Services, Richmond.

He was born Aug. 11, 1960, in Logansport, to William and Sandra Dillman Goble. He married Rebecca Sue Alt on Dec. 17, 1989, in Winamac. She survives.

Mr. Goble was a 1979 graduate of Winamac Community High School and was a 1984 graduate of Ball State University. He had also attended Indiana University. He was a member of Sigma Chi Fraternity. He was a former resident of Winamac and had lived in Richmond for 16 years. He was a salesman for Jack Doheny Companies in Twinsburg, OH, and was a member of the American Public Works Association. He was a member of the Central United Methodist Church in Richmond. He was a member of the National Rifle Association.

Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m., Monday, at Frain Mortuary, Winamac, and one hour before the services Tuesday in the church. The funeral service  will be at 10:30 a.m., Tuesday (Nov. 16), in First United Methodist Church, Winamac, with Rev. Matt Landry officiating. Burial will be in  McKinley Memorial Gardens Cemetery, Winamac.
