Julie Anspach

March 23, 1932 to September 1, 2014

WINAMAC - Julie E. Anspach, 82, of Winamac, died at 7:20 a.m., Monday, Sept. 1,  at Pulaski Memorial Hospital, Winamac. 

She was born March 23, 1932, in South Bend, to Alex and Esti Raszipovits. She married Richard Budd April 26, 1965 in South Bend. He died Nov. 11, 1987. She married Carl M. Anspach on Sept. 7, 1991 in Rochester. He survives.

Alan (Angela) Anspach, Winamac, Step son 
Jerry (Rebecca)Anspach, Star City, Step son 
3 grandchildren: Scott Van Lue, Carrie White and Matthew White 
7 Step grandchildren: Brandon (Cortney) Thomas, Cody (Kala) Anspach, Katy Anspach, Kendel Anspach, Drew Anspach, Jeff Anspach and Luke Anspach.

Mrs. Anspach was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Rochester. She was a member of the Panhandle Pathway. She and her husband enjoyed playing Euchre and spending winters in Ft. Myers, Fla. She was a frequent traveler. She also enjoyed playing shuffleboard, feeding ducks and also geese at the town park. She loved working in her flower garden and attending Winamac Community High School sporting events. She enjoyed attending craft shows and musical concerts. She enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. 

Visitation will be from 3 to 8 p.m., Thursday, at Frain Mortuary, Winamac; and one hour prior to service Friday. The funeral service will be at 10:30 a.m., Friday (Sept. 5), at the funeral homewith Rev. Bert Woolson officiating. Burial will be at Winamac Cemetery, Winamac.

Memorial donations may be given to Pulaski County Human Services, American Diabetes Association or the Pan Handle Pathway.
