Agnes M. Kline
May 3, 1926 to March 18, 2013
KEWANNA - Agnes M. Kline, 86 of Monterey, passed away at 4:34 p.m., Monday, March 18, at St. Joseph Regional Medical Center in Plymouth.
Born May 3, 1926 in Culver, she was the daughter of the late Clurel and Nellie (Shively) Mikesell. On Dec. 15, 1946, she married Marion F. Kline. He preceded in death on Dec. 24, 1997.
Survivors include her sons, Gary L. Kline (Julie) of Kewanna and Ned A. Kline (Ruth) of Seattle, Wash., daughter, Lisa Blackford (Bill) of Bowie, Md., sisters, Joyce E. Plante of Culver and Betty L. Miller of Elkhart. She is also survived by grandchildren, Phillip Kline and Lorena Kline, both of Kewanna, Bryce Blackford and Amber Blackford, both of Bowie, Md., Danae Kline and Danica Kline, both of Marysville, Wash. and great grandson, Dawson Blackford of Bowie, Md.
Mrs. Kline was a 1945 Leiters Ford High School graduate. She was a homemaker and beautician. She was a former member of Zion Gospel Chapel in Kewanna. She attended Pleasant Hill United Methodist Church at Lake Bruce. She was also a member of NBC Extension Homemakers, Fulton County Farm Bureau and Gideon’s Auxiliary. She enjoyed doing embroidery.
Visitation will be held from 5 to 8 p.m., Thursday, March 21, 2013 at Harrison-Metzger & Rans Funeral Home, Kewanna Chapel. The funeral service will be at 10 a.m., Friday (March 22). Burial will be at McKinley Memorial Gardens of Winamac.
