Beulah M. Pierrou

September 1, 1918 to November 23, 2012

WINAMAC - Beulah M. Pierrou, 94, of Francesville, formerly of Winamac, passed away at 1:50 p.m., Friday, Nov. 23, at Parkview Haven Retirement Home, Francesville.

She was born on Sept. 1, 1918 in Oil City, PA to the late Charles Price and Lulu Rhea Lynn Lewis. She married Bob Pierrou on Dec. 11, 1943 in Cleveland, OH. He preceded her in death on Dec. 17, 2005.

Zoe Yoder, Great Granddaughter

Mrs. PIerrou was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Winamac where she also was involved with the United Methodist Women. She was a member of the Mother's Club and Monroe 2 Home-Ec Club. She had worked at JC Penney in the Cleveland area for 27 years. She enjoyed volunteering at the Pulaski Health Care Center and Parkview Haven Retirement Home. She also enjoyed reading and spending time with her family. She was looking forward to the birth of her great granddaughter, Elsa Pierrou. She  was a good neighbor and a loving mother and grandmother. Beulah will be dearly missed by so many who loved her.

Visitation will be from 3 to 7 p.m.. Monday, at Frain Mortuary, Winamac. The funeral service will be at 11 a.m., Tuesdy (Nov. 27), at the funeral home with Rev. Matt Landry officiating. Burial will be in Idle Cemetery, Francesville.

Memorial donations may be given to the First United Methodist Church of Winamac or to the Parkview Haven Retirement Home of Francesville.
