WINAMAC - William A. Vervoort, 69, of 4274 Swayze Camp Road, Winamac, passed away at 9:10 a.m., Friday, July 23, at his residence in Winamac.

He was born Jan. 1, 1941, in Chicago to Henry and Mary DeRoover Vervoort. He married Patricia Schwartz on Aug 29, 1959 in Chicago. She died in 1999.

Mr. Vervoort had worked as a saleman for Santel Chemical Co., in Chigao. He had been an active member of the Chicago Drug and Chemical Association for over 15 years. He came to Winamac in 2005 from Chicago.
