Kay Lucy Clemons

WINAMAC - Kay Lucy Clemons, 74, of Brownsburg, (formerly of Star City) died at 5:45 a.m., Wednesday, May 30, at Brownsburg Meadows Rehabilitation Facility, Brownsburg.
She was born Oct. 11, 1937, in Fort Wayne, to the late George William and Pauline Peting Bryan. She married Allon Clemons on Oct. 22, 1960 in Reynolds. He died Sept. 29, 2009.

Mrs. Clemmons was a registered nurse. She graduated from Parkview Methodist School of Nursing in Fort Wayne. She was retired from Pulaski Memorial Hospital in Winamac.She was a member of the American Sewing Guild. She was a member of the Messiah Lutheran Church at Eagle Creek in Brownsburg.She moved to Brownsburg in 2010. Shey was an avid reader, liked sewing, quilting and crocheting. She was involved in Bible Study Fellowship. She also enjoyed wintering in Florida.
Friends may call from 3 to 8 p.m., Monday, at Frain Mortuary, Winamac. The funeral service will be at 11 a.m., Tuesday (June 5), at the funeral home with Rev. Lewis Stier officiating. Burial will be in Star City West Cemetery, Star City.
