Paul A. Krulik

March 30, 1930 to May 23, 2012

WINAMAC - Paul A. Krulik, 82, of Winamac, died at 11:57 a.m., Wednesday, May 23, at the Pulaski Memorial Hospital, Winamac.

He was born March 30, 1930, in North Judson, to the late Frank and Mary Surma Krulik. He married Loretta Skalon on Aug. 4, 1951 in North Judson. She survives.

Great-grandchildren Jayla Huber, Avery Huber, Finley Huber, Truman Huber, Lydia Zeller, Micah Zeller, Caleb Zeller, and Abigail Zeller.

Mr. Krulik served in the U.S. Army during World War II. After his service to his country, he worked for Pennsylvania Railroad for 10 years. He then worked for NIPSCO and retired in 1990 after 32 years of employment.

He was a member of St. Henry's Catholic Church, Medaryville. He was also a member of the Knights of Columbus #1561 in Winamac. He enjoyed farming and going to auctions. He loved his family, especially his grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 3 to 8 p.m., Friday, at Frain Mortuary, Winamac. The rosary will be recited by the Knights of Columbus at 7 p.m., followed by a scriptural wake service. A funeral mass will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday (May 26), at St. Henry's Catholic Church, Medaryville, with Rev. Martin Sandhage officiating. Burial will be in Idle Cemetery, Francesville. Military graveside services will be conducted by the American Legion.

Memorial donations may be given to St. Henry's Catholic Church in the form of masses, Riley Hospital for Children, or to the American Diabetes Association.
