MEDARYVILLE - Tammy Lynn Grigsby, 53, of Medaryville, passed away unexpectedly Sunday, May 18, at Pulaski Memorial Hospital.

She was born Dec. 10, 1971 in La Porte, to Roy L. and Barbara J. (German) McIlvain. She graduated from West Central High School in 1990. She married Tony Ray Grigsby on Aug. 26, 2017, in Medaryville. He survives.

Mrs. Grigsby worked as a phlebotomist at American Health Network and LabCorp in Lafayette, for 28 years. She was a Disney enthusiast and a tattoo fanatic. Her family was the most important part of her life. She was a loving wife, mom, and “Mimi” who will be dearly missed.

Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m., Thursday, May 29, at Frain Mortuary Querry-Ulbricht Chapel in Medaryville. The funeral service will be at 11 a.m., Friday, May 30, at the funeral home with Pastor Tom Dewlen officiating. Burial will be at Independence Cemetery in Medaryville.
