WINAMAC - Garry D. Colgrove, 72, Winamac, passed away at 7:30 p.m., Saturday, Nov. 12, at Pulaski Health Care Center, Winamac.

He was born April 24, 1939, in Gary, to the late Henry and Elizabeth McLochlin Colgrove. He married Betty L. Weisenburger on June 14, 1958, in St. Peter's Catholic Church, Winamac. She survives.

Mr. Colgrove was a 1957 graduate of Winamac High School and attended Indiana University. He and his wife were the former owners of Hank's Tire Service, and the Pizza Haus. He retired from Galbreath Inc. where he had been employed for 22 years. He was a member of St. Peter's Catholic Church and the Knights of Columbus. For many years he played Santa Clause for the town of Winamac. He was a an avid reader, enjoyed geneology, and was a history buff. He enjoyed watching his little angels play volleyball and basketball.

Friends may call from 4 to 7 p.m., Friday, at Frain Mortuary, Winamac. A memorial service will follow at 7 p.m., (Friday, Nov. 18), at the funeral home, with Rev. Martin Sandhage, David Broad, and Richard Gerdeman officiating.

Memorial donations may be given to the Garry D. Colgrove Scholarship Fund being established with the Pulaski County Community Foundation.
