FRANCESVILLE - Linda K. Rusk, 70, of Francesville, passed away peacefully Thursday, July 18, at Parkview Haven Retirement Home in Francesville.

She was born May 22, 1954 in Lafayette, to the late Donald V. and Marian [Ringen] Tiede. She graduated from West Central High School in 1973. She married David D. Rusk on Sept. 17, 1994 in Francesville. He passed away Feb. 18, 2014.

Mrs. Rusk and her husband were faithful volunteers at the Indiana Veterans Home where they also regularly attended Sunday church services. They enjoyed gardening and canning. Her happy place was at home, especially with her little dog, Bella, on her lap.

A graveside service will be at 2 p.m., Tuesday, July 23, at Roseland Cemetery in Francesville, with Dan Koebcke and Kevin Wuethrich officiating. Burial will follow at the cemetery.

Memorial donations may be made to the Francesville Volunteer Fire Department.
