JoLynn Behny, Ken Boswell, Kendra Craft, Sue Fox, Kelly Gaumer, Jenny Keller, Jeff Richwine, Nathan Origer, Tim Overmyer, Alvin Parish, Kathi Thompson, and Laura Wheeler were the officials in attendance. Positive remarks were made following the workshop, indicating it was a worthwhile and helpful learning opportunity.
Budgeting and Finance Basics was presented in February, and a Basic Economic Development session will be offered Oct. 10 to all elected officials. These topics, along with effective leadership, were identified as high priorities by the officials according to a survey taken last fall.
This Forward Thinking Leadership Initiative launched in 2020 in response to community input and with support from Lilly Endowment Inc. and the Community Foundation of Pulaski County.
The initiative provides opportunities for the community to grow its leadership strengths and focus on investing in community action for the future good of Pulaski County.
