Over his 15-year career with BraunAbility, Eastman has been instrumental in the company’s strategic growth and worked alongside BraunAbility founder Ralph Braun for several years, becoming intimately involved in all aspects of the manufacturing business.
“We have exciting growth ahead of us as a company, and Tom was the natural choice to lead the business our North American manufacturing operations support,” said BraunAbility CEO Staci Kroon. “He worked side by side with Ralph Braun for several years, and together they helped shape who we are today. I know he is honored to carry Ralph’s torch by growing our manufacturing operations in Winamac.”
The announcement was made in conjunction with a corporate restructure intended to better support the company’s plans for global growth. The reorganization defines three distinct businesses: North American Manufacturing, BraunAbility Europe and Retail Distribution Network.
North American Manufacturing is the largest of the company’s three divisions with over 1,000 employees, the majority centered in Winamac where there are plans for investment and facility improvements in the near future. Departments that support the global enterprise will be based at the recently opened offices in Carmel.
