Each quarter Alliance Bank employees select a charity to support with the Casual for a Cause program in one of the four counties where they have offices: Benton, Jasper, Pulaski and White. The gift represents $690 in employee giving and an equal match from the Bank.
While Hope Springs is located in Fountain County, it has served families from many of the surrounding counties, including Benton.
“We are so thrilled that Alliance Bank donated its Casual for a Cause funds to Hope Springs! What a blessing,” shared executive director Toni McGowen. “The funds came just when we were wondering how we were going to pay for some needed items. God knows our needs and He provides. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. The money will go to pay for a few different things including a building improvement project, resident needs, and food for our Domestic Violence Awareness event in October.”
In 2018, Alliance Bank made donations totaling $49,800 to local non-profit organizations. It is a locally owned community bank, serving the residents of Francesville, Monon, Monticello, Otterbein, Oxford, Rensselaer, Winamac and surrounding communities since 1930.
