The Healeys have hired a full-time business manager to oversee day-to-day operations, allowing office manager Kim Reinholt additional time to focus on the store’s popular greenhouse offerings.
Pat Healey emphasized, “We plan to retain current staff to maintain consistency during the initial transition and provide our customers familiar, knowledgeable service from people they know and trust.”
Growth strategy for Healey’s Home Center includes plans to extend the greenhouse’s season, build selection and add custom-made furniture and hand-crafted items to the gift area.
Belinda Healey commented, “We want to be a destination store where local and area contractors and homeowners will find one-stop shopping for supplies, materials and one-of-a-kind items. We truly appreciate Phil and Jenny’s hard work and vision that grew this business. We’re excited for the potential and possibilities.”
A Spring 2019 grand opening celebration is being planned and the Healeys encourage current and new customers to contact them with any questions concerning Healey’s Home Center products and services at (574) 946-0998.
