About Four County
Four County is a non-profit Community Mental Health Center serving the communities of North Central Indiana for nearly 45 years. Four County is deeply committed to increasing access to a continuum of care while integrating physical and behavioral health well-being. Our primary goal is to ensure that our services are rooted in quality, are meaningful to our patients, and focus on creating a collaborative, client-centered approach.
While we are committed to providing high quality services for our patients, Four County also challenges itself to learn, grow, and adapt to an environment that focuses in wellness, engagement, and career initiatives for each of our staff. Four County has increased its numbers served every year. Without your help we cannot serve the thousands of others in need of services. See our career page for openings and join our team now.
Four County starts as the designated community mental health center for Cass, Miami, Fulton, and Pulaski counties. To better meet the need of North Central Indiana, we have expanded our services to Howard, Tipton, White, Carroll, Marshall, and Clinton counties. We are rural behavioral health specialists and strive every day to expand access and quality care in all counties we serve.
