WINAMAC - Phebe Elizabeth “Liz” Ulery, 78, of Star City, passed away Wednesday, Aug. 24, at her home.

She was born Nov. 1, 1943 to the late Elmer Lyman and Cleora Mae [Raymer] Gunion. She was a graduate of Star City High School. On May 23, 1981, she married Robert Leon Ulery in Carrabelle, FL. He survives.

Mrs. Ulery was a talented seamstress who was well known for her quilt making. She loved her family very much and will be sadly missed.

Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m., Monday, Aug. 29, at Frain Mortuary in Winamac. The funeral service will be at 10 a.m., Tuesday, Aug. 30, at the funeral home with Chaplain Tim Lee officiating. Burial will be at 2 p.m., Tuesday, at Pleasant Hill Cemetery in North Manchester, IN.

Memorial donations may be made to First Baptist Church in Winamac.
