WINAMAC - Crystal Elaine Young, 48, of Winamac, passed away Wednesday, July 6, in Winamac after a brave fight with cancer.
She was born Nov. 28, 1973 in Winamac to Lenvel Franklin “Len” and Olive Kay “Sue” [Markley] Young.

Ms. Young was a WWE and NASCAR fan. She was an amateur genealogist and loved finding new information about her family. Upon her death, her genealogy books were donated to the Pulaski County Public Library where it is hoped someone in the family will continue her work and make amazing new discoveries.
Visitation will be from 2 to 3 p.m., Friday, July 15, at Frain Mortuary in Winamac. A memorial service will follow at 3 p.m., Friday, at the funeral home with Pastor Heath Hiatt officiating. Private entombment will be at Winamac Cemetery in Winamac.
Memorial donations may be made to the funeral home to assist the family with final expenses.
