February 16, 1936 to January 21, 2012

FORT WAYNE - Marilyn Jo Lewandowski, 75, passed away Saturday, Jan. 21, at Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne.

She was born Feb. 16, 1936 in Winamac.

Surviving are her husband, Robert M. Lewandowski of rural Zanesville; daughter, Michelle (Donald E., Sr.) Helmick of Martinsville; son, David P. (Marcia) Lewandowski of Fort Wayne; and three grandsons.

Mrs. Lewandowski worked as a cataloger at the Allen County Public Library during the 1960s and retired from the Wells County Public Library, Ossian Branch in 1993. She was a member of St. Aloysius Catholic Church, the Rosary Sodality, and was a 4-H leader for many years.

Visitation will be Tuesday,  from 4 to 8 p.m., at Elzey- Patterson-Rodak Funeral Home, 120 West Mill St., Ossian, IN with a rosary service at 6 p.m.. Mass of Christian burial will be at 11 a.m., Wednesday (Jan. 25),  at St. Aloysius Catholic Church, 14623 Bluffton Road, Yoder, IN 46798. Burial will be in the church cemetery.

Preferred memorials may be made to Breast Cancer Association or St. Aloysius Catholic Church.
