James B. Hoesel

WINAMAC - James Barrett Hoesel, 57, of 4560 South 550 East, Knox (Bass Lake), died at 3:15 p.m., Saturday, May 15, at his residence.

He was born March 22, 1953, in Plymouth, to John and Gwen Gram Hoesel. He married Mary Morgan on March 22, 1989, in Knox. She survives.

Mr. Hoesel was a 1971 graduate of the Culver Military Academy, Culver. He had worked as a chef at several area restaurants including the Hayloft, Sporty's, Shore Room and the Cove.

Friends may call from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., Saturday, at Frain Mortuary, Winamac. A memorial service will follow at 1 p.m., Saturday (May 22), at the funeral home, with Rev. Glen Meyers officiating. Burial of cremains will be in Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Lake Bruce.

Memorial donations may be given to Puaski Memorial Hospice or LaPorte Hospital.
