WINAMAC - Mary Ellen Fox, 82, of 1211 S. Woodlawn Drive, Winamac,  passed away at 8:15 a.m., Saturday, May 15, at Miller's Merry Manor, Culver.

She was born Aug. 15, 1927, in Pulaski to Peter and Rosella Scheffer Foerg. She married Leo E. Fox on May 4, 1946, in Pulaski. He survives.

Mrs. Fox was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, Pulaski, and was also a member of Christian Mothers and had been a CCD teacher for 14 years. She was also a member of the Indian Creek Home-Ec Club. She spent many winters in Florida.

Friends may call from 3 to 8 p.m., Tuesday, at Frain Mortuary, Winamac. The scriptural wake service will be at 7:30 p.m., Tuesday in the funeral home. The funeral service will be at 11 a.m., Wednesday (May 19), at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Pulaski, with Rev. Ronald Schiml officiating. Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery South, Pulaski.

Memorial donations may be given to the St. Joseph Catholic Church, Pulaski, or the American Diabetes Foundation.
