FRANCESVILLE - Alliance Bank recently honored employees reaching milestone anniversaries of five years or more. Each staff member received recognition and service awards for their achievement at the bank’s annual meeting held Feb. 18.

The Spirit of Alliance Award was presented to two recipients, Bonnie Kopka and Andrea Haselby. This special presidential award is given in recognition of employees with above and beyond attitudes that exemplify the true mission and vision of Alliance Bank. 

Special reward and recognition went to Brittany Baker, Rhonda Hull, and Julie Evers. Community Stewardship is a core value of Alliance Bank. In honor of that, every employee completing all Alliance Bank team challenges for the year are recognized and placed into a cash drawing. These are the bank's 2012 lucky Wow Windfall Winners.

Employees reaching tenure milestones were:

• Suzanne Muller and Terry Stevens were recognized for 25 years of service.
• Shelley DeWees, Pam Roudebush, and Ralph Widmer were recognized for 15 years of service.
• Sandy Borsits, Don Koleszar, Emily McDaniel, Stephanie Parish, Shane Pilarski, Kim Steele, and Marilyn Todd were recognized for 10 years of service.
• Teresa Snowberger, Karen Brooks, and Carlene Hunt were recognized for 5 years of service.
